The Vydac^® Venture^® line of immunoaffinity columns and SPE cartridges use ICEtech^TM (Inert Coating Enhancement Technology) silica processing to eliminate non-specific binding on the silica surface. This enables Venture^® columns to be the first affinity matrix to take advantage of silica’s rigid porous structure, making direct coupling of the columns with other modes of chromatography, such as reversed-phase HPLC feasible.
